Avoid at all costs incompetent rude staff who speak down to you and do not address anti social behaviour, racism and harassment or death treats from other tenant to tenant ecen with evidence, its a lazy organization and staff have no communication skills they show up without appointments hoping tenant is in to make their jobs easier. This housing organising doesn't even deserve 1 star disgusting. Will be going to the media as I feel this should be common knowledge.

I was delivering something there and why not grab a coffee and a lunch? So i grab those and this is what i get: Cajun chiken wrap😠😠 And for this garbage a paid around 5£??? How am i suppose to eat this when i don't have any fork? Not even tasty😒 Worst experience ever I didn't mind if was looking like this but was still verry good, but is not I will never buy from there, doesn't matter how hungry i am UPDATE: I can't describe how angry i am The wrap is verry disgusting, i even don't want to taste the chicken after i try some of the vegetables. Is not even cooked Waste my money and my time

This company is an absolute disgrace, cheap materials used to build their homes also work unprofessional carriied out by cowboys. The so call housing management are rude and unprofessional and they turn a blind eye to anti social behaviour and nightmare neighbours. Houses riddles with damp, and can't ever get hold of a manager to complain. Stay well away. Over 10 households in the area are in a 2 bedroom house with kids male between 10-15 years of age and females between 10-13 years in the same rooms.

Home group housing is a disgrace, I've had a roof leak going on a year now, my kitchen and sitting room ceiling is damaged badly and I was told by a roofer who came out, my ceiling would have to come down for some investigation, L'm still waiting. The contractors have written out a report of what needs doing to the roof but Home group are doing nothing... very worry has the winter is slowly approaching.
