Absolutely avoid at all costs! Nails were not prepped at all, after sitting for nearly an hour getting the acrylics one I got to the nail bar and the rude lady refused to do ‘nail art’ (even tho all I wanted was 2 little hearts) because it was close to closing time, baring in mind I sat down to get my nails done at 6pm ans got to the nail bar about quarter past 7 and it states they are open till 8! I ended up with not even the colour I chose, I ended up absolutely hating my nails so much that I was in tears once I got home and had to go somewhere else to get them fixed the next day. The lady I went to see was disgusted at the state of the acrylics and the fact that they had not even preped my nails to start with so she had to do all that and gel had been applied OVER my skin. (See attached pictures)When I messaged to complain and ask for a refund all I was told to do was to go in so they could look at my nails and fix them (didn’t need them fixed as I already had to pay more money to go get them fixed by someone professional) when asked for a refund again they said nothing could be done. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ignorant and rude staff did have an appointment booked for today at 1 o’clock tried ringing them three times no answer even when you book an appointment slot you don’t get seen in that time anyway it’s always the walkins that get seen first expensive £33 for acrylics off and new on they don’t even have builder gel which is brilliant for strengthening your nails rude staff many different staff doing your nails at once u cannot wait for what you want they don’t understand you at all they need to go back to customer service school all of them you don’t even get what you want even after you sure that my picture the nails don’t last that long do not go here it’s an absolute waste of money find a nice salon that has a nail technician who charges a perfect price local to you I have and she doesn’t charge me for extra designs which they do

Disgusting place takes about 4 hours for a full set of acrylics there attitude stinks and they also use illegal products which burnt my hand really bad needed treatment deffo thinking about going to sue this company if that's what u wanna call it absolute joke. How do they get these jobs?
