Did not feel any custom was valued or wanted, and my presence was a bother to the staff. However the place is understaffed!! i am most times I am having to wait for a good 5 mins just to be served because the counter staff have gone down the aisle to help a customer. There should be at least two members of staff on the shop floor! plus they are stingy with the paper bags, they just hand you the goods like you are going to carry them on your head or something. You have to ask for a bag then they give one!!!!!! avoid go to Birmingham branch instead!!!Saturday 7th September 2019
