I am a very happy with my sign + window vinyls. The quality of work is amazing and I couldn't fault anything. Fast & reliable I changed the design a couple times to make sure it was right for me and there was never any complaints about this and the changes were made quickly and emailed over for me to see. Once I confirm design the sign was made and installed within 2 weeks. Thank you for everything would defo recommend.

I was recommend Hendon signs by a friend. I ordered a awning and a sign with built up letters which lighted up in the night time. Let me just say now I was extremely happy with there work. The sign we received was fine but the service was absolutely appalling. We originally contacted them on 6th September and received a quote straight away. The quote showed an incorrect size, but we were told this was just a typo! (Good thing we checked!) We accepted the quote and were expecting the sign to arrive within a week. They called and took our credit card details over the phone. We then heard nothing for a month, so I emailed them to chase and was assured it would be done. We still didn’t receive it, so I telephoned them and was assured it would be with us by the end of the week. It wasn’t. I emailed them again on 8th November with a “last chance demand”. They apologised that the order had been “overlooked and forgotten about” and sent me the final artwork to approve. Finally, on 9th November they confirmed the sign was ready to collect and that payment was due. We were under the impression that they were going to deliver the sign to us but fortunately they were local so we sent someone round. Then they told us that our payment hadn’t been taken so our driver had to pay using his own card. I have never had such an unprofessional experience. We won’t be using them again.

Made an appointment for a few signs, didn't show up or called to cancel. Needless to say after that and reading the reviews I will be taking my business elsewhere...
