Malcolm White5 StarI cannot praise these guys too highly. Upon installation it turned out that the whole chimney system that we had inherited when we bought the house was illegal and totally unsafe. They could have been forgiven for just walking away but instead they pitched in and got it all sorted for us in what turned out to be quite a major job. Prices are reasonable. Graham Lord5 StarGreat experience using this company. Great range of fireplaces, knowledgeable staff, and good to deal with. They went the extra mile to ensure our replaced fireplace was spot on, going back to the manufacturer to get them to re-do a marble hearth (which wasn't even part of the manufacturers original spec!).
Nothing too much trouble, the team of head installer, electrician, plumber, breezed through the job. Arrive dead on time, spotless preperation and final clear up. It was simply great working with such a friendly, professional team with no disapointments or stress!Wednesday 14th October 2020
Will Nicolson5 StarOutstanding service and support from start to end - quite unexpected in this day and age! Both management and engineering staff agreed that our appliance - a gas stove - was faulty even though it was out of guarantee. They contacted the supplier and explained, insisting that the faulty parts should be replaced free of charge. Then they procured new parts, double quick, and Danny the engineer fitted them in a friendly, professional way.
