Working with Halt has been an absolute breeze. We'd been putting off a brand tune up/rebrand for some time, largely due to the fact that agencies we'd previously spoken to either didn't understand our business, didn't listen to our needs, or wouldnt offer any flexibility. Chris and his team bring direct recruitment industry to the table, and from the first call it was clear they had an understanding as to exactly what is important to us, without any ego or overselling. They were also able to fine tune a list of requirements based on what we felt we needed. Throughout discovery/idea presentation/refinement the team were great, the product they delivered was spot on, and the aftercare has exceeded expectations.

Chris and the Team at Halt have been responsible for my current career and job "satisfaction, joy, and love.". Due to the departure of our marketing manager, at the end of 2021, we needed help with marketing. I have always considered moving into the marketing department after working in recruitment for four years and wanting something more in line with what I studied. I got up to speed quickly with the help of Halt (Nenagh, our dedicated account manager, was a star), learning social media, scheduling, content creation and marketing. In a short time, we saw increased engagement for candidates and clients on our social platforms and Halt trained me to take over and run the marketing department.
