Never felt like I was being upsold and actually felt like they cared about the condition of my car (made sure I checked my car's history for cam belt change for instance). When I called the rep Dave said that they were fully booked but I should bring the car as it could be serious. They checked it and was able to order the parts, fix and be ready for me the next day.
