Gourmet Farm was formed in 2006 and has become a key feature on the UK festival circuit. We specialise in traditional burgers and sausages – barbecued right in front of your eyes. Our beef, pork, lamb, venison and wild boar are all sourced locally from independent family butchers in the South of England. We believe simplicity is key. We serve our high-quality burgers and hot dogs in soft buttery brioche buns and offer a selection of classic sauces, fresh salad leaves and fried onions. We use our own unique recipes and serve only the best quality Angus beef and free-range pork. We strive to use meat with no additives or preservatives. We believe simplicity is key. Gourmet Farm is a classic burger and hot dog stand founded in 2006 which has been trading across the country ever since. The owner, Rob, went to school and college in the New Forest and trained as a butcher on a New Forest farm. He got the ‘cooking bug’ working in events catering. Now the owner and head chef of Gourmet Farm, he and his team have a passion for producing high quality locally-reared food. The festival circuit is Gourmet Farm’s natural home. We enjoy the excitement of moving around the country and the satisfaction of being first on the festival site early in the morning and the last to leave late at night. Despite being ‘on the move’, our customers and the quality of our food are our number one priority. We offer a menu of delicious burgers and sausages that are sourced from our local New Forest butcher. At every event our team aims to meet the highest standards for quality and customer service. Our beef burgers and sausages are competitively priced, and we offer a menu which is excellent value. Every year we strive to find exciting new products. We support New Forest Marque, Hampshire Fare, and other schemes to encourage local food producers. The festival circuit is Gourmet Farm’s natural home.
