I'd like to share my experience of using Glengyle Commercial Consultants.
I recently had the opportunity to be a sub-consultant for a larger Surveying practice and was issued a sub-consultant contract to formalise the arrangement. I was not comfortable with a few of the clauses, so George assisted me in dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"s in the complex world of commercial contracts.
George explained what was important; his approach was clear and precise, only amending what was required and made a mutually beneficial contract I was comfortable signing.
Despite this, the other company turned down the amendments and said, it is their contract or no contract.
So indirectly, George gave me the most valuable experience of all. George helped me identify who I do not want to do business with, because who wants to do business with people who don't want to do business properly.
