The store you see now is an expansion of the original shopfront that sat here many years ago; Beautiful parts of our historic heritage still stand today; the stores architecture encompasses parts of the old shopfronts that stood here before us. Thomas5 StarI had a very positive experience during my visit.
I purchased a number of different items and the staff were exceeding helpful, I found the carpet & rug teams very knowledgeable.
I also wish to mention Lorna who was very helpful and friendly and made me really enjoy my visit. She assisted me choosing some bed sheets and select some items for my home. She even kept my bags so I could get my car to the car park and then was kind enough to help me load up my car. Very happy, and looking to my next visit.Wednesday 28th September 2022

Robert Dougall5 StarGreat service from start to finish. Shop service was great, the ordering was easy. We had to delay delivery and were very accommodating. The delivery and build sevice was so reasonable and stressless, it actually encourages you shop here. The product lines are quality. Roy Jarvis1 StarBe aware before you get seduced by sale prices - we ordered a lounge suite on 22nd September and were told it would be ready by approx. 20 December - lack of lorry drivers. Today they are saying it's been delayed until at least 2nd or 3rd week of January - lack of lorry drivers is still the excuse - by which time we'll have waited 4 months! Our last lounge suite was made bespoke and arrived in less time 30 years ago!
In addition: they are charging £100 to take away our old lounge suite and when the new suite eventually arrives - delivery will cost £49.Monday 20th December 2021
