All the people working in this shop are scammers. They do not take a refund after receiving the product, they offer half of the price you pay to get a refund. I bought a mattress and the mattress became awful after 1 week, so I went back to this store and asked them to return the product and refund, but the person named (LAURIE) started arguing as if they were fighting, they have no respect for the customer. PLEASE think twice BEFORE GOING TO THIS SHOP!!

Terrible customer service. 3 mistakes with the bed. They fixed 2 mistakes but after 1 night on the bed i relised bed is not straight and both of us falling to the middle. They doesnt want give back money!

This company are selling used dirty old mattresses and covering them with néw material to make them appear new. Mattresses infested with bugs which are completely filthy avoid at all costs

Only purchesed bed over 1 year ago .. upgraded for a 2000 mattress .. but after seen the posts we slashed open my mattress and was a bit of old discoloured foam and covered with wool . I have now taken this up with trade and standards I have the messages to prove I upgraded .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SELLING OLD FLEE INFESTED MATRESSES HIDDEN INSIDE SO CALLED NEW ONES. THEY HAVE NOW BEEN REPORTED TO THE TRADING STANDARDS AND ALSO TBR THE POLICE. I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR TO BE ABLE TO PUT REVIEW ON BUT BELIEVE ME I COULD NOT GIVE IT ANY MORE THAN 0. THIS COMPANY WILL BE SHUT DOWN
