On 12th June we travelled over 200 miles to visit Furniture World Plymouth to view a sofa we'd seen on the website. We finally agreed on one and was told 2-4 weeks for delivery but would probably be sooner. Unfortunately nearly a year on I'm still waiting. It's been pushed back and back and the customer service has been extremely bad. Each time I phone to ask for an update I'm told I'll get a call back and I dont. This week I phoned again to be told I'd receive a call back the following day and 2 days on nothing! Not that I'm surprised. I'd tell everyone to reconsider buying anything from this store I've never experienced anything like this. It's a shame i can't give minus scores because that's what I'd prefer.

Matthew from Furniture World was very helpful in assisting us in choosing a reclining chair. He was polite and friendly and gave us wonderful service. Delivery was right on time and the driver even assembled the chair and tested it was in good working order. They took away our old chair. Ten out of ten for the whole thing!! Would thoroughly recommend Furniture World!
