I purchased Sanza 3 Seater corner Leather Power Recliner Sofa with Power Headrests in 2018. The product is no longer on their website anymore. The technician came to fix the recline function 4 times now. I asked if it is possible to replace the sofa with another style because it is clearly the manufacture's fault that cannot seem to be fixed. The adviser told me THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUES SEND THE PARTS OUT TO ME as long as I am having this sofa. SO I SPEND NEARLY 2000 POUNDS on a sofa that will be broken every a few months. HAPPY DAYS.
