Order a piece of furniture and never heard from them with a delivery date. I emailed numerous times to be fobbed off saying they were trying to get a tracking number and would get back to me but never did.

Really impressed with our new sofa! Ordered on Saturday and arrived by Tuesday!! Super fast and efficient. The delivery drivers were great! We have just had new carpets and they took their shoes off at the door to keep them clean!! Brought sofa into lounge and put them together in no time! Highly recommended! Great experience! , I can honestly say I haven’t seen customer service like that before , they really make you feel valued as a customer and keep you updated with the order and they have a range of beautiful products that are of great quality yet you can get bargain prices , I really felt vaulted as a customer and the delivery time was so quick I was surprised myself , I most definitely would recommend them to anyone .
