Gary Goodfellow5 StarRosemarie was awesome from start to finish, I had lower back pain and was very worried that I had damaged it badly, but Rosemarie made me feel at ease and reassured me on my Zoom call. We went throughly through my pain and I found it very professional and rosemarie was very kind and very knowledgable and again helped me with excellent exercises and following up with me and caring.
