We watched The Northman there recently and I was excited to see how they transformed the cinema. It definitely looks better than before - seats are good, it is spacious... From what I understood from their website, the bar is available only for members. Which is a shame if it's true. We didn't try to visit the bar this time as our screening was quite late (20:30) and we went straight in. But as a regular cinema visitor and a fan, I would rather go to one of the other cinemas in the area which offer non members bar (even delivered to your seat), great atmosphere for the same price.

Very comfortable cinema with great decor and friendly staff. My favourite are screen 1 and 2 with plenty of seating and space to walk in, you also have cup holders which make easier keeping the drinks while watching a movie.

Freezing in this cinema- we asked for the temperature to be turned up to no avail. Had to sit for 2 hours with teeth chattering on a pleasant spring day (19 degrees and sunny). New-- I heard shortly afterwards from the management of the cinema who have been very good about following up on this, so thank you to them for listening and taking action.

Gorgeous cinema, beautiful inside and outside, friendly staff, comfy and clean seats. Only concern: the sound on screen 1. Seems to be only coming from the screen, from the front. No surround system. Also seemed a stem or 2 was missing from the 5.1 mastering, which is a shame, as other picturehouses don’t have that issue. Watched Across The SpiderVerse and it kind of ruined the experience. Maybe it was just a flaw that happened this week, but I suggest it is reviewed and fixed, as I’d love to come more often.

The staff here are kind and considerate. I've enjoyed going to see films in this magnificent building even though it's not local to me.
