Guys in the shop are amazing. Helped pick the best suit possible for my wedding day. With so many amazing suits and combinations to chose from it can be difficult to pick the one suit. Everyone in store is super helpful and nice. Freddie's definitely have the best selection and suit designs of any suit shop I have been to. Don't bother looking else where for a suit make Freddie's your number one choice.

Hey rented 4 groomsmen tuxedo suits and bought my own wedding tux. All lovely looking tuxedos! We made a request to change from braces to waistcoats for my groomsmen over the phone to which we where told was no issue however upon collecting our rental suits there was no waistcoats allowed for. The day before our wedding we had to unfortunately go back and collect the waistcoats then on the wedding morning it was discovered buttons were missing on the waistcoats. In summary excellent sales service and the staff are very friendly and accommodating but not as good delivery/handover service. Just stating our experience. Big thanks again for providing us our suits on the day.

Great selection of suits and good atmosphere about the shop when getting fitted. Henry went to all lengths to make sure we were sorted for the big day. I chose to have a fancier shirt for the groom with black buttons sown on by the guys, but unfortunately 3 buttons fell off on the wedding day, luckily two of them were at the bottom and the one that went on the chest we managed to sort with a sowning kit we had with us. Not ideal and could have left us in a bit of a mess for photos etc. Disappointing when the suits were so nice and well fitted

The Belfast store has me conflicted, as looking to review and looking at the store front, I came to expect a high standard of practice. But I’m left feeling that wasn’t the case, and whilst this may or may not be the norm, I do not feel I’ll be back anytime soon or recommending others to either. A condensed review: -If you do not have an appointment, you are made to feel like an inconvenience. -They are a little sketchy over transactions, be it being told “we don’t really take returns”…. As well as being charged a noticeably higher price than listed online, (the server hesitated when telling me the price and seemingly came up with it on the spot) -However, the quality of the clothes was of a decent standard

Best suits and best service that exceeds well above 5 stars. Professional expertise and absolutely gorgeous range of suits topped up with friendly customer service makes the whole experience of getting ready for your special event even more special. Very rare find worth recommendation.
