I needed an evening dress for The English Wedding Awards, I had had a dress from Flamingo for a family wedding I was singing at previously and after searching for the perfect dress for the awards I decided to go to flamingo. The ladies are always amazing and helpful and encouraged me to try on lots of different options, they found the perfect dress! I felt amazing and had so many compliments in the night.
I won Entertainer of the Year for the North West and overall winner for the North at the awards and have got to say the dress looked amazing and classy when I went on stage to receive my award. Thank you for all your help!! I would not hesitate to recommend flamigos to anyone and will be using their services again.

Fay Clark1 StarMy grandmother visited looking for a mother of the bride dress for my mums wedding - should be a lovely exciting shopping experience. One worker was aiding another customer and another was standing at the front of the shop. The lady not serving was approached by my grandad and asked if she was free to help. She introduced herself as the owner and offered to help but only if they would go upstairs as that was where the more expensive items were and not if they were staying on the ground level. The owner was quite blunt that this was due to dress prices too. Put out by only being offered help if they would purchase a high end dress only in a dress shop of varying prices they left without being assisted or making any purchases and will not be returning and making sure anyone they know knows not to go also. You should be ashamed of your abysmal customer service and attemp to exploit the elderly. Disgusting. Clearly you put a price on decency and customer service. Karen Harrison5 StarI visited Flamingo on Friday 23rd April 2021 for my mother on the bride outfit. All the staff were lovely and very welcoming. I was very surprised at the extensive range of outfits there was to choose from, I was able to browse freely without feeling under pressure. Overall it was a wonderful experience and a special thank you to Siobhan for her help and expertise in finding my perfect outfit.Saturday 24th April 2021

I recently visited this shop looking for a hat for my sons wedding and while they did not have what i was looking for, they arranged for me to see a milliner on the monday and in less than 3 wks ( yes that close)i had a beautiful hat made for especially for me dyed to match my shoes and bag perfectly . I would definitely recommend a visit this store for that something special.Monday 26th July 2021
