Donna was quick to respond to all my questions and was always helpful.
Eleanor came to our home to meet us prior to our trip. It was great to meet Eleanor earlier as this reassured me that my cat, cookie, and my house were in good hands.
Eleanor was caring and flexible. She sent us updates and photos on every visit and made us feel very comfortable with having her around and caring for my cat. Cookie seemed happy and relaxed when we arrived.. I can say that cateries are off the plans for the future.Thursday 21st April 2022

From the moment I met her I knew we had made the right choice in asking her to look after our two dogs and 6 chickens and she exceeded our expectations in every way. Every day she sent us pictures or videos of our dogs which captured their personalities perfectly and she left our house immaculate for our return. Lauren looked after Felix beautifully and Felix loved his visits from Lauren! We were sent daily photos and videos so we could see how happy he was. All of his needs were meet.
