I'm so late in sharing this because I have been crazy busy but I just wanted to leave a review, specifically for Denise at Evergreen. This woman is an angel in disguise. I needed temp accommodation for a very personal reason and she handled it like a pro. I also got the initial dates wrong and she dealt with that like a pro too. The flat i stayed in in Lanark Rd was an absoute haven for what I needed, and it was so well thought out I literally needed nothing. There are very few times that I get blown away with service but Denise is personable, professional down to earth and 100% dependable. I will absolutely be using her again and I really hope Lanark Rd is available the next time I need it! I also run a cleaning company and so very particular, cleanliness was a 10! If there were more than five stars I'd give it.

I recently stayed in a property, hosted by Evergreen, and it was by far, the worst Airbnb I've stayed in. Appalling customer service from the Property Manager Denise who refused to acknowledge the issues I raised. It ultimately ended in a decision out of her control, where Airbnb stepped in to assist; apologising for the state of the property and partially refunding me.

I booked our vacation rentals through Evergreen Property Ltd. They were always reachable when I had questions, very responsive, friendly and helpful. The welcome booklets with instructions and suggestions were professionally done and super useful. The 2 flats were ideally situated in quiet streets within walking distance from the historical city center of Edinburgh. The two flats were nicely decorated, furnished and very clean. The only thing I would like to suggest is the general maintenance (repainting, repairs) of some features and amenities, especially in the first flat we rented, but again my experience with the team was great and I would use their services again.

I have recently used Evergreen property limited to find a tenant for my flat. I must say that it was such seamless experience. Andrew and team are very knowledgable & professional. Andrew was very quick and was responding to my queries late evenings. He arranged appointments for all legal certificates to get done, advertised property, arranged viewings. Within 2 weeks of time he managed to complete all process and gave position to tenants. I strongly recommend Evergreen property limited to others. I will look forward to use Andrew & team’s service again in future.
