Dude behind counter (old guy with glasses) is miserable and seems to hate his job, unhelpful, doesn't speak unless spoken to then says bare minimum, offers no advice or alternatives, just randomly walks away mid conversation and will play with the computer rather than speak... Terrible terrible terrible put him into retirement or in the back picking parts he has no customer service skills and is a liability for the business, i wont be going to this store again, id rather drive to a different store with friendly helpful staff.

They have a good range of parts...I was after brake pads which the likes of Halfords no longer stock. Prices are good. Service is slow. Staff look demotivated and uninterested. People were giving up waiting.

Disgraceful customer service. Your store telephone manner is the worst I have ever encountered. Your staff's attitude stinks and will never return to this store. EuroCarParts are yet to process my refund even though I requested it 2 weeks ago. Never shop with this company or store.
