First class customer service - everyone we spoke to was friendly and attentive, really set the bar high for customer service. Big thanks to Telulah especially, absolute credit to the team, and the chap who helped us to the station in the rain - didn't catch his name but again a real credit to the team. Barrie Colvin1 StarI have never had such bad service from a rental car company. I organised a car to allow me to make an urgent journey, picking up at Carlisle and dropping off the following day in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Everything was arranged very swiftly. They asked me to stay on the line and rate the service - I gave them a 5 rating. However, I needed to get to Carlisle to pick the car up, so I ordered a cab to get me a cab from Kilbride airport to Carlisle. As the cab arrived I got a call from Enterprise telling me that they have no cars available at all. How can this be? Surely availability of cars is all controlled and tracked by computer. Warning to all: don’t take any notice of their booking confirmations!

Nicos Burning1 StarReally poor service, promised a vehicle when making the booking ,when arrived no vehicle available as per the one ordered, then had to wait over 2hrs for an unsuitable vehicle to arrive.
