I contacted Tom after another window-cleaning company said my windows would be too difficult to clean. Honestly, this was a wonderful experience. Tom arrived early, asked which windows he needed to clean and had them clean probably within 7 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. And they were so sparkly-clean! He was a lovely chap with good chat and was very professional. This company is my first-choice window-cleaners.

Please be aware of this company. I wasn't a client, but the neighbour above me used this company to wash and clean the windows, I don't know if they were in a rush but unfortunately they ignored that my bedroom window was open, they managed to soak my bedroom with dirty water on my window sill, my curtains and belongings. I don't know what they were using, a jet spray or a bucket, but the mess I have to clean was unbelievable. I would like to expected that he would have checked the windows underneath before leaving, at least rinsed them. I called the company and the person at the other side said sorry, no compensation, I would have at least expected for the window cleaner to comeback and clean the mess from outside my windows Now I have to get another company to clean it. I'm not happy.

Mark cleaned my windows today, and I was delighted with how great they look. I was a bit concerned by the fact that he came alone, as it's usually two window cleaners working together, but amazingly, it took him the same amount of time, and in the 10 years I've lived in this house, the windows have never looked better. And Mark was very pleasant, too. I'll definitely be using Edinburgh Window Cleaning again, and will be recommending them to friends.
