Had a wonderful experience with EAT! I didn't want to stress about arriving in Edinburgh and worrying about transportation. Our driver gave us good directions to where the car pick uo would be and was ready for us upon arrival. Our experience was so good we chose to hire them again to bring us back to the airport. Timely, friendly, professional, and easy to book. Highly recommend.

Possibly I was just very unlucky since the reviews here are so good overall, but personally, not a good experience with this company at all. I had booked (and paid) ahead of time for transfers to and from Edinburgh airport a couple of weeks ago. Trip to the airport was totally fine, nice driver, punctual and no issues however- On my return journey, the driver did not turn up. I checked several times to ensure I had the correct details and was in the right location for pick up. I also phoned the driver multiple times, and the company line as well and got no response. Twenty minutes after the pick up time (at 2.30AM) and with no response to any calls, I left the pick up zone and got a black cab instead. Emailed the next day to explain the situation and request a refund for the amount of the return journey since I obviously had to pay for the black cab on top of what I'd already paid this company. It has been over a week since I sent this email, with no response and no suggestion that they intend to issue a refund. I have also not received any calls back. Again, just my personal experience but very poor customer service and obviously not very happy to have paid in advance for services that were not received. I would not book a trip with them again.

I was picked up after arriving at EDI Airport with a late flight and the driver has kindly offered me to meet up at a meeting point so I don't have to wonder about trying to find the car. I felt safe and well looked after and had a comfortable trip to my door steps in spacious and clean car. Reliable and overall great service, I would definately recommend.
