We didn't end up getting our car today due to the farce it was and the information they needed. I have complained directly to Easirent and to the third party Enjoy Travel. However it has now dawned on me due to everything they asked me to upload they now have 2 copies of bills with our address on, National Insurance number, copy of a wage slip and driving licence! Identity fraud could easily happen no other rental company needs this kind of information.

His main business is stealing from people. It cost us more than double the original price. They change the original conditions and show it to you on a 3x3cm screen, fully prepared for it. It's embarrassing how this company works, I recommend you avoid it 100%. The experience with them is 0/5. We were charged an additional 400 euros for 3 days. WATCH OUT.

Worst service ever. Eventually we couldn't even get the car. Extremely rude service, not helpful at all. It took us more than an hour, and we had to upload so much documents, to eventually not get a car. Better to pay a little more and go to Avis which is close. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced

Completely useless. Booked a van for 10am Sunday and was called the day before to say it now wasn't available til 12pm. At 11am on the day of hire I was called to say it now wasn't available til 2pm or maybe later. I was told I'd be called back with more info but no one called back. Phones just ring out. Left in the lurch with no van on a Sunday... Emailed customer services and as yet, no reply to that either. Save yourself the greif and hire from a reputable company. Edited to add a reply..... NO, WE CANT CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL AS YOU DONT REPLY!

Renting a van from these guys was one of the worst experiences of my life. First off, when we arriving on time to collect the van they said there had been a mistake and someone would need to bring it from the airport, which took over an hour. There was no one in person to speak to and instead had to use a buzzer system to get through to someone in London, after buzzing for a second time (after 45 mins of waiting) for an update they stopped answering. When dropping the van back off (at the extremely tight and busy) omni centre car park there was no indication as to where to leave it, I assumed there would be allocated spaces, and it wasn't until I drove to the end of the car park that I realised there was was nothing, and you had to just find a spot. Meaning I had to reverse this fairly large van through an incredibly busy care park and find a space. I can't blame them for my inexperience in driving a van, but if like me you aren't super confident in driving a large van, then I can promise you that trying to find a space and park one of these things in the incredibly tight space that is provided is not a pleasant experience. Having to process a £1,500 payment on your credit card to get access to the van also seems needless. I will certainly not be using this service again, and I would recommend anyone one else to do avoid this like the plague.
