Absolutely shocking service in this day and age when people rely more and more on delivery companies. They don't even reply to any email you have to send to ask the whereabouts of your parcel..* DO NOT USE THEM.*

Useless company. Item out for delivery but never came. Then reorganised for the following day between a specific time slot. Again, no show. Can't get through on the phone and the live chat facility isn't available. Ordered an expensive item and I've absolutely no clue where it is. Useless beyond comprehension. Had to use them because the particular shop I bought from utilises their services. Out of choice, never ever choose this lot.

Tracked delivery was given an initial date. Status updated to "encountered a problem" . The next day received a date and specific time. Waited in patiently all day, no show. Updated status "returned to storage area" . No update as to when it will be sent. They don't work over the weekend (seems they don't work any day) , unable to contact in anyway. Now have no idea when the parcel may appear. Avoid this business completely.
