Never again. I ordered click and collect. They give you 7 days to collect but recieved an email day 6 to say pick it up but the end of the day or loose it. I rang the store 14 times(no answer) to see if they could hold it until the next day (I had just finished a night shift in the hospital and the store is 30 miles away tiredness and driving are not a good mix plus I had arranged to go the next day) I contacted the chat service and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do at all (the service was blunt and didnt listen) I panicked and went to the store about 7.30pm (shop closed at 9pm) I got to the till (only 1 person in front) the girl went off to get my order, she came back 10 minute later with only part of my order, she explained the rest was upstairs somewhere. A further 15 minutes later she came back with another part of my order (but not it all) she then went off again taking another 5 minutes. While she was away I found a large black mark on a white sheet. This was then refunded taking another 5 minutes. The girl was lovely, but, 35 minutes for a click and collect is ridiculous. Along with everything else I won't be using this service again. Pity! the bedding was nice and very reasonable.

The Travelling Camera

Starting to turn into a bit of a thrown together store. Perhaps there’s been staff cut backs since The Range opened. It used to be the home store to go to but not now. Queues at tills and then you have to fight your way through the till route to get out when you’re not buying anything. Didn’t go to the cafe or the toilets but they were never great before anyway. Parking is ok but make sure you don’t go over the white lines or you’ll end up getting a parking ticket.

I just wanted to say I love this place you really do get what you see. I bought a gorgeous 😍 compass 🧭 for my back garden wall for summer. Its beautiful like a rustic brown colour and its really sturdy was only £40 which I thought was good compared to other prices I'd seen. The only downside was they dont provide anything for you to hang it with but it wasn't a problem easy enough to get in hardware shop. Was really impressed thought it looked different.

Found within the Boucher road there are a few shops within the vicinity of Dunelm. The main shop itself has a great layout and plenty of variety and great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely return
