Great customer service from Matt! He took time to understand what we needed from a new mattress and was able to recommend ones based on our sleep match experience. He was very patient with us and was not pushy at all! He had a good knowledge of the mattresses in store and also directed us to the right cushions to help with neck and shoulder stiffness. He answered all the questions we had (which was a lot) and was able to get us a good deal on a mattress, pillows, mattress cover and mattress protection. Very happy with our visit and the deal we got for the extra goods purchased. I would definitely return to this store in future.

Walked in today and weren't expecting to buy. Sean was friendly and extremely helpful, he explained how their machine worked to figure out our best mattresses and then pointed out into the shop which ones it had selected for us. No pressure at all and left us to browse by ourselves checking in to make sure we were okay. I was very impressed with his customer service. Thank you Sean!!
