We walked around the whole store, no one once said hello or tried to engage. 4 members of staff, 3 sitting down chatting and 1 upstairs doing her b&q shop on the phone to someone. They did have a good selection and we were genuinely interested in one bed next to the lady on the phone but didn't want to disturb her important b&q ordering.Friday 25th February 2022
Rosie Blair5 StarSpeak as you find. Amazing service after the castors of our double bed somehow got lost after a house move. Not only were they replaced with no problem at all but there was no charge not even for delivery. Thats what I call good customer relations, oh and the bed is pd good too!

Shishu Ali1 StarWe went into the cribs causeway store and they had a few good deals on, we were approached by a ‘saleswoman’ who immediately proceeded to put us onto their auto mattress computer thingy that will apparently tell what we want, this computer gave her a printout and she walked around randomly getting us to try mattresses that we did not like, might I add these were very expensive mattress as well.
The issue was instead of talking to us and finding out what we want she was telling us what we want! No training on how to communicate with customers then…
We politely told this numpty we will walk around the store and find what we want, and should we require her help will ask, she then got into a little sulk and went away, and tried to look busy on her desk.
We found what we wanted after looking around, but wanting not to deal with that silly clown we went home and ordered it online.
My advice to dreams, looking at the other reviews there is clearly issues with your staff at this store, deal with them, and feel free to get in touch if you want further information such as names etc.. on our less than satisfactory experience at your cribs causeway, Bristol store.
