We bought a King sized Kayden mattress + pillows + an ex-display bed + headboard from here a couple of months ago. Johnny the sales guy was excellent - great knowledge, answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy at all. Spent around 2.5hours choosing. We were lucky enough to get our hand made mattress 3 days later (this is pretty rare, but there was one in the warehouse ready to go!). Delivery was smooth, bed is comfortable, so are the pillows. I couldn’t fault them at all. Will definitely be coming back to Dreams for any bed related items in the future.

Dreams the staff were very helpful, and I bought the adjustable bed that I am very pleased with the adjustable bed, and I'll get the bed in four wks.

I bought a new bed and mattress (the nice memory foam type) during the plandemic. Service was second to none and the sales guy was as smooth as oil on ice but not too pushy and very knowledgeable about the stock. Delivery took ages though - which wasn't this stores fault but worth the wait in the end.

Very poor service, ordered from the website due to the current restrictions, waiting for over 3 weeks for contact to arrange delivery. No contact, contacted customer service to find out it is not for NI and I can’t speak to anyone about my order. E-mail address for NI Customers on the website is wrong, so still no further forward but £400 out of pocket with no sign of a bed coming. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
