Andy of DC (SW) was extremely knowledgeable and informed not just me but ergo my neighbours that the sole responsibility rest with South West Water. They declined to accept responsibility. Andy then stated the chapter and verse of the law to them, I did the same. Finally South West Water had to come and repair the sewage line and pay us almost £1300.00 in compensation. All praise to Andy and Drain Care South West. Thank you.
