D&G Heating quoted to replace our existing boiler which was already connected to a Nest thermostat. The quote was competitive, and Ajay was very knowledgeable - although he did call once or twice too many times. The installers arrived on time and were polite and helpful. We had an issue with the condensate pipe from the boiler going under the floorboards and then back up again where it was meant to drain (the previous house owners did everything on the cheap) so I had to add on a condensate pump during the visit to ensure smooth operation. I was just happy they kept pumps on the van so they didn't have to come back. Full replacement took around 4-5 hours from answering the door to signing off the documents. I'm happy with the workmanship, although I haven't checked the loft or the roof flashing, obviously. I also can't comment on the after-sales service.
