Knowledge1 StarThey were not professional in terms of providing wrong information and very bad service. They don't know how to use DHL boxes properly. Even they don't understand the purpose of these boxes . They are not trained professionally to do DHL services. They were giving a wrong timing. I don't recommend them
However; I recommend to go to WHSmith which is vew minutes away from them . WHSMITH DHL services are away better services.Tuesday 29th December 2020
