Don't fall for this company as they just scam your money for nothing. They contacted me through job hunting website and suggested me to take an online Teaching Assistant training course and said I will get refund if I found it not the course I was after. I just opened the file they sent me that lead me fail to get refund. I contacted them for refund. They said NO because I opened the file. That's means I used their course already. That's why I wasted £150 for nothing.

Overall I felt that I learnt a lot of information on many key features such as lesson planning, safeguarding and child protection. I felt that my tutor was thorough in each lesson and gave the class plenty of chances to ask questions. I also felt that my tutor was very enthusiastic within each lesson and imparted their personal experiences with the class. I feel that I am more aware of the different elements within teaching and the course has opened my eyes to how much is involved. The course has most certainly allowed me to put all of this into perspective and helped me to achieve a greater understanding. I feel that I will take all this information and use it in the future when working alongside students.

All 5 star reviews are fake here. This company is fake education establishment that preys on vulnerable people trying to seek work, the courses have no value and worthless. Once you part with your money you will receive emails pertaining to be some kind of course but in fact nothing but a scam. Staff are trained to intimidate and be forceful in their sales tactics then will resist any attempts to claim a refund . Avoid like the plague.

I enjoyed the course because of the interactive element and also how the course was structured. It was clear even before starting the course what the content would be each week and how to submit the assignments. My tutor was knowledgeable and encouraged questions and group discussions which were interesting and enabled the topic in question to be covered in more depth. The presentation slides were clear and concise enabling my tutor to explain each point with further examples. I have been trying for four years to become a teaching assistant (or a similar role) and for the first time I am confident that Developing Your Potential can help based on the course and the prior conversations I have had with a consultant, whereas other agencies have failed to deliver on any level from my experience.

Very disappointed. The first call I had I felt so positive I would have some luck with this agency in finding a job. But towards the end I felt very pressured to give them an answer of yes or no it was a battle to ask if I can get back to them the next day. They have people who are motivating and can mislead you. They got me to pay for the course told me that is all I need to do to match criteria for the schools they work with. I finished the course and paid the full fee to them get an email to say I don’t not have the relevant experience so they won’t be able to find something and I should find myself some work experience. I feel I was misled yes fine they say it is not guaranteed to find a place but if they knew from the outset I didn’t have relevant experiences instead of taking my money they should have told me to get the experience and then come back to them. And in duration of the course I had contact at all even though they said once I am half way through they will get me interview. Very upset and disappointed, told my friends not to bother as well
