I have been to see Dan at D A Human Mechanics for a few year now, when I first went to see him I could hardly walk with my bad back, I am now in the gym and pain free in my back, his knowledge on how the human body works is second to none, I have never met anyone else with the vast range of techniques to fix someone, he also explained every thing he was doing so I knew what was going on, this also kept me at ease. Anyone needing work done I can’t recommend him enough. Give him a call you won’t be disappointed and you will leave feeling like a new person 👍👍👌👌

I have seen Dan several times over the last few years for different injuries and every time Dan has been professional and very knowledgeable. He always offers the best service and is very trustworthy and honest when it comes to treatment! You are always made to feel welcome in the clinic! Couldn't recommend Dan enough and certainly wouldn't go anywhere else for treatments!

Was referred to Dan due to some recurring injuries, he was fantastically knowledgeable. Took time to explain why I kept experiencing pain in certain areas and gave me information on how to strengthen and maintain my muscles. Would highly recommend

Dan's knowledge and expertise are next level! I went to see him with an old shoulder injury that was causing increasing pain, he took one look at me and could see straight away that it was my posture that was much more of an issue than the old injury was. I was given the 'how' and the 'why' for every treatment he gave, and what I needed to do at home, and my posture is slowly changing and the pain has gone! I booked in to return as I found the acupuncture and massage so effective (Dan didn't tell me I had to come back, as many other physios might), he simply gave me the tools to fix the problem myself, I returned because he's so good at what he does! A class act. He's also a really lovely guy who will make you feel completely at ease. You're in safe hands, I can't recommend him highly enough.

I saw Dan about a long term knee injury, got fantastic help and advice along with continued support. Recently had my knee surgery and Dan has been key in my rehabilitation, I am now well on my way back to full health. Nothing is too much trouble, he won't let you get ahead of yourself and to have his wealth of knowledge at your disposal is both reassuring and confidence building. My fiancé has been so impressed with DAHM that she has now been there with a long term injury of her own, she now knows where the issue is and what she needs to do to remedy It, she has had massages and acupuncture and her shoulder injury is better than its been in years. With Neil (Dolly) Dalton on the team, there is even more knowledge and experience to get you back to full fitness as safely and swiftly as possible. Friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and professional are just some of the words I'd use to describe the guys at DA Human Mechanics. I simply cannot recommend Dan and the team highly enough. Best In the business, without a doubt.
