Ann Duke5 StarI've been using D & J Simons for over 25 years- I remember seeing Jack and Lily at the showroom (the current owners are their grandsons, Daniel and Robert). Theres always plenty of stock and lots to choose from, but I can't wait for the showroom to re-open, and maybe re-instating the email newsletter for new mouldings, which got dropped during Covid (please note, Daniel!)

Paul Harding1 StarSo many times when I’ve gone into this shop the customer service is rude and disrespectful. Many people working there who are meant to help you seem like they don’t want to help at all. They’re either in a bad mood or have a bad attitude towards you. Some of them look at you and treat you like they have a problem with you. Depending on what you look like or sound like certain workers might look at each other with knowing looks laughing at a customer like they are a joke. This experience is why so many people prefer to shop online. If I ever return to this shop I should secretly video record my experience and upload it to social media if I receive the same poor, rude & disrespectful customer service.Wednesday 13th September 2023

They are importers and exporters of picture frame mouldings and all accessories including picture wire, hooks, nails and mount board have been on this original site for over
100 years and is a family run business.
Recently they have refurbished and got to say looking great guys.
