First they arrived a day early, we were out. Next after booking for the following afternoon they arrived early morning before I was dressed. The "engineer" did not have experience or code for our alarm system and the alarm rang for some time. When I complained to Mr Connelly he was in denial and stated a number of inaccuracies. He has lost me as a future customer.

The one company I've dealt with where the customer always seems to be wrong, contacted them the last two years because of ever increasing service charges for a 15 min visit to change the batteries, in 2019 for example a 17% increase, phoned to ask why it's gone up so much, is it what it is, 2020, again up another 15%, again phoned, manager explained, if's not the 15 minute visit you are paying for it's the 24hr call out service if needed, so as luck would have it, this week, I was up in the loft ,I picked up and moved a reel of cable 2 feet to the right to simply move it out the way, its the alarm cable, alarm goes off no idea why, I call them to ask what to do, engineer has to be sent, engineer who was efficient and friendly, but it's in the notes now that the cable is damaged, did seem to be a small nick in the cable but seemed to be just the casing, I could see that, but not from what I did and no idea if that was the issue with the alarm going off, I simply moved the reel, it could easily have been a bad connection into the outside box, anyway I think nothing of it till today, I received an invoice for over £100 for this when I thought I had paid all these years for the callout service, again phoned to clarify, my first call out in over 10 years mind, another brick wall, its damage, we don't coverage damage .. the customer is a cash cow to them, not at all interested in customer service, pay up and shut up is the attitude, go somewhere else, you've been warned ..

Avoid this company like the plague. Would not recommend these extortionists. They only go one star as Ihad to give them a rating but I would not rate this "Company"
