My mother who is disabled on a mobilty scooter was denied entry here and spoken to disgustingly. Should be ashamed. Please read up about the Equality Act and get your store and staff training up to date.

The owner is a con artist. Worked there for a few months and he put me down on emergency tax while I worked there. Rang HMRC to check and they told me I had not paid any tax at all. This means he was pocketing my tax. The owner still owes me unpaid wages, when I asked him about this he blocked me and called me a clown. Con artist.

Went in to Cosy Home Dining Centre, to look at TV stand. Was talking to a staff member about delivery charge, and stated I was not willing to pay as I lived so close. The owner over heard this, and despite seeing I was using a walker, blurted out 'carry it home then'. I don't use a walker for the fun of it, and how he expects me, a disabled person to carry such a large item while aided by a walker is beyond me. Even if I didn't have a walking aid as a disabled person I wouldn't have been able to carry the TV stand. I will not be going in his shops again. If he had been any kind of gentleman he would have offered to carry it the short distance for a disabled person.. Very bad customer service
