When a customer requires no milk in their americano is it too much to ask that the cup be filled?
When I asked for a top up (which is only hot water, after all, you would think that I'd asked my server to donate a kidney to me!

M1 StarA bit slow and lacking cleanliness, considering there were about 3 ppl behind the counter. The tables and the seats were quite dirty and I haven’t seen anyone to disinfect any for 1h and a half.Monday 21st February 2022
Carl Presley4 StarVery Expensive place but its Coffee is nice & it kept me awake in the Hospital when my Daughter was having her Baby & obviously I needed to stay awake, I must have spent an easy £30/£35 in there that night.
