The staff were overwhelmed. They were absolutely lovely but couldn't deal just two of them with a queue 8 deep. All in the queue could see they were struggling. You need more staff. They were so kind as I had my elderly aunt with dementia with me. You need to sort your staffing issues

I stopped by here yesterday to get my free bday threat and the lady at the till wished me happy birthday in a very friendly way when she saw the voucher I used. Costa should definitely reward such employees as they go well beyond serving people to making their day. Will definitely go back here

My first visit to this store. Store was clean and well kept. Staff seemed friendly. I ordered a Cortado and iced strawberry mint tea. The Cortado was not completely up to scratch. A little on the weak side, tasted more like a latte. Coffee art was not up to scratch, this'll need more practice and patience by the barista. I'll visit the store again a few times and update my review accordingly. I do agree with another review, that the increased commercialisation of Costa has meant the quality of coffee is no longer on point.
