Cultivated Shark3 StarNice place and staff but some disappointing advertising, there's a loyalty card poster where 9 visits gets your a free hour with a loyalty card - it doesn't exist ....and then adverts showing it's £5 an hour, it's not, it's £6.Tuesday 28th June 2022

Om1 StarCame to play snooker. We asked politely to turn the music down and instead they only slightly turned it down which was very distracting. Eventually we asked them to turn off the music and then they put the sport channel on very loud, very disturbing while playing. Terrible service. Been coming here for 14 years +!
