I started working with Lisa at the end of last year as I was looking for a Business Coach to help me set up my own graphic design business. I was sceptical at first if a Business Coach would be worth the money but I must say, Lisa has been absolutely fantastic in helping me shape the idea and essence of my future business. Not only has she been vital in working out my business strategy and product offering, she also helped me through my personal insecurities about the whole venture and without her I would have probably never pursued the idea of my own business. I recently used Lisa to help me review the processes and set up of my business. Lisa spent three days running through all areas of my business, providing valuable advice and highlighting key areas of improvement. At the end Lisa provided me with a break down of actions which I can now address and implement in my business. Lisa is very easy to speak to, incredibly knowledgeable and has provided me with the confidence to move my business forward. Before starting the process I was hesitant about talking to a business adviser, however Lisa, put me at ease, and has made me stop and think about the direction my business is heading in and given me the tools to achieve this. There are not many individuals that I fully endorse with full confidence, but Lisa is one of them. She is both professional and welcoming, down to earth and well accomplished. She truly cares about the success of her clients and network, and does everything in her power to make that happen. I attended Corivatia’s Mastermind course in Q1 2020 after never having paid for training or help before. We were a group of 6 including Lisa and were well introduced leading to some great conversations. The session was clear - built to help you plan you next quarter and accomplish all the goals you set. I often find myself setting goals that are achievable, yet no start-to-finish plan is made, and thus do not get achieved. Corivatia’s fantastic quarterly planner and methodology to plan out the steps to achieve your goals, lay out a clear path to success that exponentially increases the likelihood of you actually reaching the goals you set. I’ve also been working with Lisa on Corivatia’s 10-week planner course where you follow a structured book with Lisa once per week for an hour and figure out what were most successful and most challenging moments from the past 7 days. This helps guide you into what it is you want to achieve for the following week ahead. The accountability provides strong motivation to get on with tasks set and everything we work on is headed towards an 8-week ultimate goal. Breaking it down like this is something Corivatia specialises in. To summarise, Lisa is a true entrepreneur that strives on creativity, problem solving and altruistic power. We met Lisa through regional networking events and appreciated her positive outlook and personal experience of running a business.
