Quick and efficient service from the lady at the front desk and the lad on the lot, paperwork was sorted in 15min and everything well explained, vehicle check was thorough. The van I asked for was unavailable and I was upgraded to a transit for nothing extra. Great prices, efficient service, will absolutely use again. I highly recommend this car rental company - the prices were very fair and they were flexible when we we were stuck in traffic and delayed in returning the vehicle. The staff was kind, helpful, and patient - even on the (very) busy day when we walked in. Edinburgh office very efficient , helpful, friendly and open on Sunday morning. Only company I found to confirm and provide a 9 seat minibus with a towball and extra licence plate for our bike rack. Good quality vehicle too. Wouldn't hesitate to use Condor again. Great place to rent a car and wonderful staff with a lot of patience, especially the manager Rio who was awesome. Even on a very busy day with helping multiple customers simultaneously, the staff were respectful and hard working. They got me an automatic which I needed and the vehicle was an upgrade with no additional charge. While driving we nicked the alloy and there was a 75 pound charge but that seemed fair and again the staff were great and truly helpful. We'd rent again from here in the future!
