Jimmy plunkett1 StarWent to this post office to cash my cost of living refund off British gas, I have done this six times so far...!! At this post office...!!! Was told by THREE incompetent staff members that they don't do it, for all types of reasons that a typical jobs worth comes out with..! Not one of them actually read the paperwork that gave them... WITH CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. Even when they scanned the barcode on the letter they still couldn't follow the on screen instructions Ended up at Walmer Bridge Post Office, where the lady took my letter, scanned, followed the instructions and handed me the money without ANY drama... Seems that Clifton Parade Post Office need some training on how to read, understand and act to instruction. Stills beats me that they have re-funded me six times prior....
