We are a family run business in Devon. All our customers are important to us. As a small family business we pride ourselves in our customer satisfaction.
We opened our first shop in Exeter on Okehampton Street in December 1992, we moved to our larger, current premises in October 2002, see below for directions.

Evi Williams-Mills5 StarMy GHD’s broke so i came here to get them fixed. The customer service was excellent and my GHD’s came back better than brand new. I received a call saying that they had fixed my straighteners and, as I don’t live in Exeter, i had to have my GHD’s sent via post. They came first class only a couple days after the phone call and have worked brilliantly ever since. Very pleased and i would recommend to anyone.Friday 29th April 2022

I took a handheld vacuum to be repaired after finding them on Google. They were so helpful and went out their way to sauce replacement parts to fix it, amazing as the vacuum had been discontinued!
They repaired it and in quick time too.

Dee Dee5 StarAs it turns out my hoover wasnt broken like i thought it was. NO CHARGE!!!! For all i know they could well had my pants foen but no....honesty from this company needs mentioning.
