What an absolutely disgraceful company. Delivered a 2 seater recliner that is unusable. The seat in the picture has a spring coming up in the seat so you can't sit on it. It was delivered late in evening so too dark to see it properly. Owner then accused us of damaging it within 14 hours. I have reported him to trading standards. DO NOT BUY OFF OF HIM. He hasn't got the guts to even speak to me. I am now taking legal action as he has not responded to my letter. CAB have contacted trading standards and I will be going to small claims court.

Absolutely terrible customer service, supplied appliances that were in worse condition than advertised and that didn't work properly. Refused to refund and to talk to me, they're not interested in anything after they have your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
