Called into store few weeks ago as had a leak and insurance voucher to use. Staff greeted me on arrival and not pushy at all. Gave me time to browse then tallied my order all up and came in within value of mandate. The knowledge and experience from Fiona was second to none. Will definitely recommend store.

I wouldn't buy my carpet anywhere else. Really friendly staff with great patience as I am very indecisive and can never make up my mind. There is a lady in particular with blonde hair and glasses who is great at giving ideas and recommendations of what would work best and suit the room. I would highly recommend.
