Caremark (Cheshire West & Chester)

My sister, C, and I would like to thank everyone at Caremark who were involved in the excellent care of our sister, D. The service provided by everyone from office staff, supervisors and carers was second to none and the kindness and compassion shown to D was lovely to see. D was reluctant to have carers initially but once she became familiar with them and the daily routine, she began to enjoy their visits. As her most regular and longstanding carers, she was particularly fond of B and L, but was equally grateful to all of the carers who visited her and in the past few months , as her Alzheimers accelerated and she became anxious and afraid, the Carer's visits gave her a feeling of security. In addition to the care given to D, the support you gave to my sister and I will never be forgotten, and without your help it is doubtful that we would have coped with what was to unfold during the past year and two months in particular,.

I worked for caremark. They have no compassion for clients it's in an out as quick as they can. Absolutely no manual handling training. Underpay wages poor communication horrible company to work for they only care about money not service users

At caremark, the clients are a pleasure to care for and can have a laugh with. The staff within the office and the csw's are happy, friendly hard working staff that I've enjoyed working with. Couldn't of asked for a better company that's supports and helps you.

Poor communication, numerous missed calls, dont follow care plan. Concerns never really dealt with. Some great staff and some very poor.
