We went to Newcastle Airport for our flight to Croatia this afternoon & was greeted with a smiling face from Peter in Cabin bar. We were given a window seat and the staff took our order straight away! Our server, Niamh, was very quick and nothing was an issue! I would definitely recommend trying their selection of gins that were made deliciously by Isaac. Food was simple & delicious! Speedy and professional service! Would definitely recommend!

The best bar by far in the airport! A regular in the cabin, always a fantastic experience & service! Can’t thank Nathan, Kristina, Hayley, Niamh & Isaac enough for a lovely afternoon. Very attentive and made me feel very welcome as always, hope to see you all again soon! Thank you cabin bar!

Great views of the runway and nice seating but really poor service. This is not a go at the girl working but there was literally one girl serving 20ish tables. It was table service only. Luckily we were the first in so got a drink pretty quick but people who arrived after May have not got one otherwise they'd have missed their flight. Not sure who owns or manages the bar but really poor and the poor girl serving deserved a medal. No food served on Mon 4th July don't know if this is permanent.

Can’t thank Yasmin enough for her wonderful service and for looking after us all day, she has made our 12 hour delay bearable! Nothing has been too much to ask, very attentive and was lovely to chat with. Thankyou again Yasmin for being a absolute angel, we hope to see you again next time we fly.

I was looking forward to starting my holiday here as I believed this this place was one of the classier bars in the airport. We were seated at a dirty table and my partner needed the loo so I ordered my drink. A young lady took my order and when my partner came back, he went to the bar and placed hin order. He received his drink instantly and I waited around 20 minutes. I politely asked another lady if she knew how long i would be waiting for my drink as we had 30 minutes before we had to go to the gates and she pointed at me and said "I've already told you, there's other people who have ordered drinks before you so you will have to wait" I couldn't believe the way I was spoken to! She then realised that the manner in which she spoken to me was out of order as she avoided making eye contact with me. We ordered food which was over priced and off. The lettuce in the caesar salad must have been chopped a week beforehand as it was brown. Going forward, I would rather sit on the floor with a boots meal deal than go here again.
