Mis managed my account. Absolute joke.
Still waiting on an an explanation as to why my order for VoiceCloud in Oct 2023 has not been completed by May 2023.
This has resulted in my losing my business line.
Apparently there is no official complaints department in local business.
As they are just SALESPERSONS. THERE IS NO DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER.
